解放大路小学六年二班 VAMPIRE13

Sophie went in first, I went in second. Julia followed tightly after us, even though she was quite unwilling to go in
Chapter 11
I am a total fool, I said to myself. How could I be suspecting my stepmother? 小荷作文网 www.zww.cn
I mean, she had been always so nice to me. God knows if I am alright! This is not a dream is it? No it’s not. I made up my mind. I looked at Julia, and she looked at me. 小 荷 作文网 www.zww.cn
“But she did try to kill us!” Julia whispered into my ears.
“No, we misunderstood her. She was just going to chop some apples for us!” I whispered back. But Julia didn’t believe me, I could see it from her eyes, I just know her too darn well!
I was there, explaining for my stepmother, even though I am not sure if she was innocent, but I would rather believe she was.
“But how do you know if that’s not one of her excuses?” Julia began again. Maybe Julia was right, but if so we should pretend we don't know anything, in case we might make the matter worse.
I had nothing to say more to protest for my mum. I was speechless.
Sophie, ignoring our whispers, carried on driving to the cinema. As far as I know, we were only one block away.
Julia patted my arms, I looked at her. She was in a very nervous condition. Chapter 11

Julia patted my arms, I looked at her. She was in a very nervous condition. She patted me, trying to tell me something, then she looked uneasily at sophie and made sure she was unobserved. She finally opened her mouth to say something.
“Your mum……” She whispered privately.
“We have arrived at the cinema!” Sophie shouted. Oh great, just great! Her sentence came just the right time! I was annoyed.
The car stopped at the parking lot and we got off.
“Julia, I am sorry. What ever that you wanted to say, tell me at the cinema.” I explained to Julia. Julia looked worried.
“But…” But of course I didn’t hear that.
