Guo Xingzhi’s Self-Introduction In English

Good morning/afternoon,dear teachers and students:
I am glad to meet you here.Let me introduce myself to you.
My name is Guo Xingzhi. I am 12 years old.I come from Class 96,Grade 6 of Qingnian Road School, Xiaoyi City. My teachers are very kind and fun. They do their best to teach us. I like English very much, because it’s very useful and interesting. I like maths, too.
I have many hobbies, such as reading books, playing football, swimming and so on. On the weekend, I enjoy reading books in my bedroom. In fact, my bedroom is very simple .There is only a bed and a desk.
I have a happy family. My mother is a teacher. My father is a government employee. They work very hard. We love each other and help each other.
I have many friends at school and we usually study and play together. My best friend is Zhang Yaxuan. He is friendly. He likes singing and playing computer games. He studies very hard.He wants to be a writer. Do you have a lot of friends?
My favourite fruit is peaches, because I am a “Monkey”。I was born in the year of Monkey. And in China peaches are a symbol of good luck. What’s your favourite fruit?
Last summer vocation, we visited Beijing zoo. I like giraffe very much, because it is the tallest animal on earth. I wish I could be as tall as Yao Ming.
My favourite season is winter,because I like snowflakes. We know all snowflakes are six sides ice crystals. In winter I make a snowman and have snowball fights with my classmates .I learned to ski Last winter.
I have a dream to be a firefighter when I grow up. This job is very dangerous, but I have more opportunities to help others. This is me, Guo Xingzhi!　Please remember me.
