Everyone has pressure.For example,some people have pressure about their work.I have some pressure about the coming exam.
The exam is coming.To prepare,I study until midnight so I don't get enough sleep.I want to do well,but I am really stressed.I know,I have to compete with my classmates,so I must study harder.But I always feel tired,and I'm often angry with someone or angry at something.I don't have a good mood.I hope to reduce the pressure.Luckily,my teacher told me some ways to reduce the pressure:
First,talk to others about your pressure or write them down,don't keep it in yourself.
Second,listen to your favorite music.
Third,do some things you liked.
Now,I'm trying to do that.
