　　Do you remember, on 12nd of May 2008, a beautiful spring should be. In Wenchuan, Sichuan province, a magnitude-8 earthquake happened which makes all the Chinese never forget the special day. All the Chinese in the world generously contribute their money and material to help the people in the disaster area to re-build their homeland. 　
　　“Hand in hand, heart to heart”， human can conquers heaven. There is always love in the world. Let us witness he heroic undertaking together. Such disasters press all the power of society gathering and find the right guidelines of public responsibility instead of beating us down. Although what we can contribute is small, we all know if we can gather all the small contribution, the powers will be the great ocean of love and it is enough to beat the disaster down. A pile of sand is useless. But when combined with water and cement, it becomes harder even than granite. Hand in hand, heart to heart. 　　五十六个民族，五十六枝花，五十六族兄弟姐妹是一家。中国从古至今就是个多民族的国家，是一个拥有五十六个民族的泱泱大国，生活在这片辽阔而又富饶的土地上。每当同胞遇到危险时，我们都会伸出援手，为他们献出一份爱，献出自己的一颗炽热的红心。 　
　　你还记得吗？那年春天，是2008年的5月12日。这是全中国人难以忘怀的日子，因为就是在那天，四川汶川发生了8.0级大地震，数以万计的人们赖以生存的家园被一场突如其来的灾难破坏。但是，我们没有被天灾打倒，反而更振作了起来，与自然灾害顽强地作斗争，终于克服了它。 　
　　就这样，“手拉手，心连心”，人定胜天，这世间还有温馨的爱，让我们共同见证天无情人有情的壮举！这样的自然灾难，不会麻木我们的神经，它只会催发所有的力量迅速汇聚，只会引领公共责任找到正确指归。尽管我们能出的只是很小的一份力量，但知道我们大家都出这样的一份绵薄之力，凝聚在一起就能把灾难打败，汇集在一起就能变成爱的海洋……一堆沙子是松散的，可是它和水泥，水，沙子混合以后，比花岗岩还坚硬。13亿永远是一个整体，我们心连心，手握手，筑起铜墙铁壁，那么，就算有再强大的敌人，我们也不会害怕！我们中华民族必将象巨人一样屹立在世界的东方。
